Time Schedule for Visitors:

The Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakhetra is open for the visitors for all week days. General visitors can enter the campus from 10.00 AM onwards after obtaining Entry Tickets. Entry Tickets are available for visitors from 10.00 AM to till 07 .00 PM. Visitors can enter the Complex up to 7 .00 PM and have to leave the Campus by 8.00 PM. 

Residential visitors have to follow the guidelines of Artiste’s Village and Guest House.

Time Schedule for ‘Sound & Light Show’:

1st March to 30th September:

            Show in Assamese: -   06-15 PM

            Show in English: -       07-00 PM

1st October to 28/29th   February:

            Show in Assamese: -   05-30 PM

            Show in English: -       06-15 PM

Important Information:

  • Kalakshetra is a Tobacco Free and Alcohol Free zone. No Tobacco Products (such as-Cigarette, Biri, Jarda, etc) and Alcoholic Drinks are allowed inside the Campus.
  • Betel-nut and Paan are also not allowed inside the Campus.
  • Kalakshetra is a vegetarian campus. Non Vegetarian Foods are not allowed within the campus.
  • Visitors are not allowed to carry the above mentioned articles with them inside the Kalakshetra Premises .
